Shipping Methods and information
Items ship within 2 business days from date of purchase unless otherwise specified in the item description, or the item is made to order. Our orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
Shipping International
USPS does not provide shipping ETAs for First Class Shipping. Priority is generally estimated at 6-10 business days. Customs can be unpredictable and may hold on to a package for as long as eight weeks. For delays this long in shipping, please contact your local customs office. International customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred.
Returns
We gladly accept returns.
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. An email confirmation of your refund will be sent to you. You should see the refunded amount within 3-5 business days, however it may take longer depending on your banking institution.
If the original payment method is unavailable, the return will be issued as store credit in the form of an online gift card.
Shipping costs are not refundable and Osciller is not responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for tracking your return, and are unable to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.
